As an HR & Admin Executive at ARCH Development Foundation, your role will involve handling various responsibilities to support the organization's development activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling end-to-end recruitments, including scheduling job interviews, screening candidates, and evaluating them in coordination with the management committee. - Managing document verification, joining formalities, and offer letters for new hires. - Conducting orientation and onboarding sessions to help new employees settle in. - Managing the attendance system and preparing timely salaries for the employees. - Organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions. - Providing administrative support for efficient office operations, which may include tasks like filing, typing, copying, and scanning. - Exhibiting professional communication via phone and email as needed. - Preparing expense reports, memos, and invoices. - Ensuring the smooth operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and evaluating new techniques. - Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock levels and expediting orders when necessary. - Collaborating with the team to achieve related results and taking on any other tasks assigned by the organization. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation or post-graduation in human resources, commerce, or a relevant field. Desired Skills: - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in office management systems and procedures. - Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email usage. - Specialization in handling HR and back-office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, and cheques. Experience: - Maximum of 2-3 years of experience in HR-related work. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be acknowledged.
