Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Executive, located in Hyderabad. The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources activities, such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining employee records. of Contract Labours Additionally, the role involves handling administrative tasks such as coordinating office activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. And also Liaising with labour and statutory authorities for inspections and audits & Handling employee grievances with empathy and ensuring timely resolution.


Candidate Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and record maintenance of Contract Labour's
  2. Strong knowledge of CLRA Act, Factories Act, and Telangana Labour Welfare Rules
  3. Experience in contract labour management, employee welfare, and administrative support
  4. Familiar with audit handling – statutory, internal, and client-based
  5. Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English
  6. Proficient in MS Office and compliance-related documentation
  7. Willingness to work in shifts (rotational) as per plant operations
  8. Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills


Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Labour Management

  •  Supervision of contract workforce: attendance, discipline, and deployment
  •  Coordination with contractors for manpower planning and legal compliance
  •  Maintenance of statutory records: muster rolls, wage registers, etc.
  •  Ensuring compliance under CLRA Act
  •  Monitoring license validity and renewal of contractors
  • Assisting in onboarding and documentation of contract staff

2. Administrative Operations

  • Managing housekeeping, transport, canteen, and security functions
  •  Coordinating staff accommodation and facility upkeep
  •  Ensuring smooth functioning of plant utilities – electricity, water, and maintenance
  •  Monitoring service contracts and AMCs
  •  Supporting audit readiness with documentation and compliance reporting
  •  Maintaining admin MIS, visitor logs, asset tracking, and vendor bills
  •  Coordinating internal meetings, management visits, and administrative events
  •  Controlling admin budgets and optimizing expenses

3. Employee Welfare & Statutory Compliance

  •  Ensuring availability of facilities: drinking water, canteen, PPE, rest areas, hygiene, and safety
  •  Driving welfare activities: health camps, festival celebrations, awareness programs
  •  Maintaining registers and records as per Factories Act and Labour Welfare rules
  •  Liaising with labour and statutory authorities for inspections and audits
  • Handling employee grievances with empathy and ensuring timely resolution
