Purpose Lead the IT infra& Networking , IT Security and datacenters activities across all GIL Plants as per GMP : Manage IT Infra and Network operations and maintain technology policies, standards and procedures manual; develops and maintains related technology checklists across organisation Implement, Manage IT infra DC, DR, Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS and other private partners) Support in implementing Information Security Management Systems ( ISMS) Support implementation of a Business Continuity Management System (BCP) - Prepare, maintain and test a technology disaster recovery plan (DR) Manage IT systems as per 21 CFR part 11 compliance across GIL operations Manage and support Validation Team of Information Technology and where required be part of Project Validation Team Manage actively in audits such as Third Party / Client / Sponsors / Regulatory. Support on Designs, implements, and evaluates the systems that support end users in the productive use of computer hardware and software. Manages technology inventory to include procurement and disposal. Ensure compliance HW with OS level updates Manage the patches updates, Backup and restorations in all the systems - Understanding of budgets, spent and bring cost effective solutions Implement appropriate system security in servers, and networking environments. Supervise IT Team (day to day activities, server / network monitoring / procurement / vendor management , Helpdesk activities, etc.,) in all plants and HO Qualifications And Experience BTech or Masters degree or equivalent with MBA/PGDM Specialization.
