About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant General Manager – India Markets (Sales, Marketing & Business Development).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement market entry & growth strategies for India.
• Expand distribution networks & strategic alliances.
• Lead Business Development for APIs, PFIs & Finished Dosages.
• Drive market intelligence, customer engagement & deal closures.
• Build & lead a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Pharma/Science graduate with Business Management specialization.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in India Pharma market entry, Sales & BD.
• Expertise in B2B Pharma (APIs & Formulations) and regulatory understanding.
• Proven network with decision-makers in pharma.

Preferred Skills

• Leadership experience in the pharma industry.
