We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR & Admin professional to join our team. Someone passionate about building a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth operations. A professional who is approachable, empathetic, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. A team player who can collaborate with management and staff to support both people and processes. An individual who is open to learning, adapting, and growing in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Administration:

  • Oversee office administration including facilities, supplies, and vendor management.
  • Handle customer relations with professionalism, ensuring queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Coordinate with service providers such as housekeeping, IT, security, and maintenance.
  • Manage travel arrangements, meetings, and event logistics.
  • Maintain documentation, contracts, and official correspondence.

Human Resources:

  • Oversee the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records covering attendance, leave, performance, and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare HR letters, update policies, and ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational guidelines.
  • Support and coordinate training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR & Administration experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Telugu and English is a must.
