Job responsibilities

• Employee Relations & Welfare:
• Address employee conflicts and grievances.
• Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
• Implement and promote health, safety, and wellness programs.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for factory positions.
• Onboard new hires, including paperwork, orientations, and system setup.
• Prepare and update job advertisements and contact candidates.
• Time-to-time communication with the contract-based Labour contractors.
• Compliance & Administration:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Handle the processing of payroll, benefits, and employee compensation.
• Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital employee records.
• Track employee development and assist with performance management.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare HR reports and presentations on key metrics.
• Draft and distribute company policies, guidelines, and internal communications.
• Manage HR-related correspondence and documents.
• Office & Facilities Management:
• Oversee general office operations and facility management.
• Manage administrative tasks like coordinating vendors and office supplies, Housekeeping etc

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• HR and administration: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)
