Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment. Implement and promote health, safety, and wellness programs. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Recruitment & Onboarding : Manage the recruitment and selection process for factory positions. Onboard new hires, including paperwork, orientations, and system setup. Prepare and update job advertisements and contact candidates. Time-to-time communication with the contract-based Labour contractors. Compliance & Administration : Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Handle the processing of payroll, benefits, and employee compensation. Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital employee records. Track employee development and assist with performance management. Reporting & Documentation : Prepare HR reports and presentations on key metrics. Draft and distribute company policies, guidelines, and internal communications. Manage HR-related correspondence and documents. Office & Facilities Management : Oversee general office operations and facility management.
