HR & Admin Executive

1. To insure employees enagagement activities on time.

2. To Adhare and insure Annual Training Plan V/s actual compliance with documents

3. IATF 16949-2016 and ISO 14001-2015 100% documentations compliance.

4. VDA 6.3 audit documentation & its compliance.

5. RBA audit documentation and compliance.

6. To Meet monthly Departmental KRA & KPI Targets.

7. Whit collar staff end to end recruitment.

8. Joining & Induction Process of New employees.

9. Corporate Guest facility arrangement,Hotel reservation, Transportation, Food arrangement.

10, Domastic and International Air Tickets Booking.

11 Employee Motivation Projects through KAIZENS, Suggestion, Birth Day, Employees Appreciation, Work & Marriage anniversary etc.

12. To prepare New Joined employees, Trainees, workman's appointment letters.

13. Every week must have employees Engagement activity,

14. Supplier's bill's processing & payment followup. Related to Employees Engagement and exteranal Training vendors.

15. In absence of Admin Assistance Responsible for HR & admin related Visual Management work & maintenance.

Co-ordinating with the vendor's towards the food and snacks for the associate and provide timely service to the compay staffs and Vendors.

14. Canteen, Employees Transportation, and system compliance daily, weekly, Monthly Audits and reporting if any non compliance observed get it resolved from concern agency.

10. To Maintain Monthly OT report, and make sure any individuals should not cross the weekly 60 Hrs working Hrs Limit. If any one need to highlight to concern HOD's.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
