HR Admin Executive

Job Description: HR & Accounts Executive Position: HR & Accounts Executive Location: Tower-B, BRIGADE TECH PARK, Pattandur Agrahara, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066 Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience) Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Friday About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Accounts Executive who can efficiently manage both human resources and accounts functions. This role requires someone who can handle recruitment for sales and digital marketing teams, manage company accounts using Tally, and maintain accurate financial and HR records. Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR) ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales, Digital Marketing, and other roles as needed. Source candidates effectively using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms. Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation. Support management in performance evaluation processes. Assist in creating and implementing HR policies to maintain a professional workplace culture. Accounts ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain company accounts using Tally. Record daily expenses, revenue, and financial transactions accurately. Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for management. Track payments, receivables, and vendor invoices. Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries. Ensure compliance with basic accounting principles and maintain proper documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / HR / Business Administration or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in HR and Accounts management. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting tools. Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) for recruitment. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities across HR and Accounts functions.
