Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Initiate conversations with potential clients to qualify leads. Clearly explain Arowai Digital’s services to prospects via phone, email, and chat. Identify client pain points and pitch appropriate service offerings. Maintain CRM data and ensure follow-ups are done on time. Support the sales team in appointment setting and initial client communication. Build trust and rapport with leads for smooth handover to the sales team. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong listening and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training can be provided). Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Freshers with strong English and regional language communication are encouraged to apply.
