Job Description

Role Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and generate appointments for the sales team.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.
  • Provide project details, features, pricing, and location advantages to prospects
  • Maintain follow-up communication with clients to nurture leads until site visits or sales closure.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and confirm site visits.
  • Manage and update the CRM system with all lead interactions, status updates, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in pre-sales campaigns, digital marketing lead management, and database management.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer queries and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Support sales managers during promotions, events, and exhibitions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred)
  • Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive conversation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and match them with suitable property options.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and lead tracking.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in real estate pre-sales or tele sales will be an added advantage.
