HR & Admin Executive

Job Title: HR & Admin Executive Industry: Real Estate Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Location: Jubilee Hills ,Road No:45 Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive with at least 2 years of experience to manage human resource functions along with administration , related to business requirement. The role requires handling recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, and administrative support within the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR): Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. Handle employee engagement, performance appraisals, and grievance redressal. Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). Coordinate training and development programs. Administration (Admin): Manage travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and event coordination. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Admin. Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
