Designation: HR & Admin Coordinator

Experience: 6 months - 1 Year

Shift: USA Shift (5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST)

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Placement Type: Full Time

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily HR& Administrative activities, including scheduling meetings handling correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members.
  • Support financial processes, including invoice processing and budget tracking.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Help organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage vendor relationships.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
