Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and benefits information. b. Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation as needed. 6. Performance Management Support a. Help coordinate probation status, performance appraisal processes and track employee goals. b. Assist in identifying training and development needs for employees. 7. Payroll Administration a. Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data. 8. Compliance and Policy Support a. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. b. Role & responsibilities We are seeking a talented and passionate Formulator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, formulating, and testing new beauty products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and customer expectations. Develop and formulate new beauty products in accordance with market trends and consumer needs. Conduct thorough research on plant derived active ingredients and essential oils, formulations, and competitor products to innovate and improve existing offerings. Collaborate with R&D on the product innovation and performance testing. Perform stability testing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Analyze product performance through testing and gather feedback for improvements. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of formulations and processes. Participate in product launches and assist marketing teams with product claims and usage instructions. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new ingredients. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field. Proven experience in formulation and product development within the beauty or cosmetics industry. Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, and safety standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
