As a Human Resource Executive at our company, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for managing various HR functions to ensure a positive workplace culture and efficient employee relations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Recruitment & Onboarding: You will oversee the full recruitment process, from posting job advertisements to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding of new hires. - Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, aiming to foster a positive and conducive work environment. - HR Administration: Your role will involve maintaining HR records, updating employee databases, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Coordinator, or similar position. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
