Job Description: You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. This includes maintaining employee records using Odoo HRMS software, monitoring leave and attendance management systems, and planning and executing employee engagement activities. You will ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures and provide support to employees regarding HR-related matters. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining premises, looking after the workplace, and handling various requirements related to office administration.
