Job Title: HR Admin
Experience Level: 0–6 months (Male candidates preferred)
Location: Indore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Human Resources / Operations
Notice Period: 0-15 days (immediate joiners preferred)
Work Arrangement: On-site (Work from Office)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin to support our HR and Operations teams. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience looking to gain hands-on exposure to administrative and operational functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication

· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

· Support onboarding and offboarding processes

· Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events

· Assist with preparation of HR documents such as offer letters and reports

· Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors

· Maintain documentation and filing systems (digital and physical)

· Handle correspondence, emails, and general communication

· Schedule meetings, appointments, and assist in travel arrangements

· Coordinate with internal departments for administrative needs

· Assist in daily operational tasks and coordination across departments

· Help with data entry, reporting, and process documentation

· Support in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs)

· Participate in general office management and process improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

· 0–6 months of internship or work experience in HR/admin/operations preferred

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
