Job Overview:

Advantal Technologies Ltd. is looking for a skilled SEO & Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience to lead our website optimization efforts and support our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, a good understanding of digital marketing tools and trends, and preferably a background in the IT/software domain.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies

· Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits

· Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve site performance and UX

· Monitor and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.

· Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building techniques

· Optimize meta tags, content, headers, images, and internal links

· Track keyword rankings and improve organic traffic

· Support digital marketing tasks like social media management and content distribution

· Stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends

Required Skills:

· 2–3 years of SEO experience, preferably in the IT/tech sector

· Strong understanding of SEO tools and Google algorithm updates

· Familiarity with content marketing, email marketing, and social media management

· Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress

· Proficient in using Google Analytics and Search Console

· Good communication, reporting, and time management skills

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

· Experience with SEO during website launches

· Exposure to B2B software product or IT services websites

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

· 2–3 years of relevant experience in SEO and digital marketing
