Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in supervising housekeeping staff.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet customer expectations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff members.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Train and mentor new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
