Job Description

Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily housekeeping activities in wards, OPDs, ICUs, offices, and common areas
Allocate duties and manage housekeeping attendants
Ensure compliance with hospital hygiene, infection control, and safety standards
Conduct regular inspections and audits of cleanliness
Train housekeeping staff on SOPs, chemicals, and equipment usage
Maintain records for attendance, inventory, and consumables
Coordinate with nursing, admin, and facility teams for smooth operations
Handle patient/staff feedback related to housekeeping services

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Diploma / Graduate (preferred)
Experience:
4 - 8 years in housekeeping supervision (Hospital experience preferred)
