1) MOQ of room consumables
2) Laundry of linen
3) Ensure cleaning of rooms by housekeeping as per schedule
4) Follow up wish maintenance team for any repairs / Maintenance in the rooms
5) Updating linen stock register
6) Monthly report on linen status/ replacement required
7) Training & orienting housekeeping staff
8) Ensure proper grooming & uniform of housekeeping staff
9) Ensuring consumption of housekeeping consumables is with in pre decided limits
10) Ensure zero complaints from guest regarding room/linen hygiene
