We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to manage daily housekeeping operations at a private residence. The candidate will supervise housekeeping staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and maintain a well-organized and hygienic home environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities within the residence
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of all rooms, furniture, and common areas
Allocate daily tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance
Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning standards and proper use of equipment
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and household materials
Coordinate with the House Manager/Family for special cleaning requirements and schedules
Ensure proper care of furniture, fittings, appliances, and valuables
Handle guest requirements related to housekeeping during visits or events
Report maintenance issues and coordinate with technicians/vendors when required
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and confidentiality standards

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in private residences, villas, hotels, or luxury homes
Prior experience in supervising housekeeping staff
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment
Good communication skills; knowledge of English is preferred
Honest, reliable, well-groomed, and detail-oriented
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,887.43 - ₹28,881.36 per month
