Housekeeping Supervisor

impeccable standards of cleanliness and guest comfort

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control:
Conduct daily, thorough
inspections
of guest rooms and public areas before release.
Team Leadership:

Supervise, schedule, and train
the Housekeeping team, driving performance and efficiency.
Operational Flow:
Coordinate closely with the Front Office for efficient
room status management
(check-ins/check-outs).
Safety & Logistics:
Control
inventory
(linen/supplies), manage the
Lost & Found
system, and ensure staff follow
safety/hygiene protocols
.

Requirements

Experience:
3-6 years in hotel housekeeping, with prior
supervisory
experience.
Skills:
Exceptional
attention to detail
, strong organizational, and leadership abilities.
