The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure consistent cleanliness across the facility. The role covers task allocation, quality inspection, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

• Assign daily cleaning tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor performance.
• Provide training on cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
• Maintain team discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Inspect work areas, washrooms, offices, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance department for timely repairs.
• Ensure all areas are stocked with required amenities.

• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Place orders for replenishment within budget guidelines.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and responsible usage of cleaning products.

• Ensure housekeeping activities follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Identify and reduce potential safety hazards.
• Ensure staff safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Any basic degree.
• Proven experience in housekeeping or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

💰

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
