Monitor guest satisfaction through comment cards and feedback. Operations Management: Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments. Manage reservations, room bookings, and ensure efficient use of facilities. Ensure the front desk area is tidy, secure, and well-maintained. Staff Supervision & Development: Supervise, train, and coach front desk staff to meet service standards. Develop staff schedules, monitor performance, and provide feedback. Foster open communication and collaboration among the front office team. Financial & Administrative Tasks: Support budgeting, expense control, and revenue management. Oversee billing and cash processes, ensuring compliance with company standards. Manage office supplies, coordinate vendor interactions, and maintain records.
