Job Description

Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently manage guest arrival and departure procedures, including room assignments and payment processing.
Information & Support: Provide guests with information on the facility's services, local attractions, and other relevant details.
Reservations: Manage and modify guest reservations.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Area Maintenance: Ensure the lobby and other guest areas are clean and well-presented.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
