This is a beginners to intermediate position - Shout out to all young creators that want to be visual storytellers!

Responsible for producing engaging content that creates awareness to be featured mainly on YouTube and a few other social media sites. Scripts and scenes will be provided — your focus will be on turning ideas into compelling visuals.

This role combines two areas of work - Shooting/editing and graphic design

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Storyboard, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form content for YouTube and social media

• Work on pre-production closely with a content writer — scripts and setups will be pre-arranged
• Capture agriculture, people, working of equipment, nature, testimonials and on-site footage
• Concentrate on post-production - editing, colour grading, voice-over, etc.,
• Design Thumbnails and graphics that are in line with social media trends
• Handle audio recording and voice clarity
• Maintain equipment and gear with care
• Use AI tools to improve your creative workflow
• Travel to locations to shoot (all expenses covered and arranged)

📚 What We’re Looking For

• A

  strong portfolio

  of your video and photo work — show us your style!
• A degree in photography/design/visual communication OR self-taught creatives welcome
• Hands-on experience or interest in using:

- DSLR/Mirrorless cameras

- Drones, Gimbals, Tripods

- Lighting and Audio Gear

• Familiar with software tools like:

- Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)

- DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro / Canva / Procreate

• Comfortable using both Windows and MacOS
• Follows current content trends on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram reels, etc.
