Housekeeping Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Housekeeping Supervisor at the leading hospital in Madurai, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and direct the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of the facility. You will be required to develop and implement cleaning schedules, conduct regular inspections, manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, train new staff members, ensure safety protocols are followed, and respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and direct housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of the facility. - Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning and maintenance meet quality standards. - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels. - Train new staff members and provide ongoing training to existing staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols. - Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and report any security breaches or incidents. - Respond to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Qualification Required: - Bsc in Hospital Management or Diploma in Hotel Management - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience - Industry experience in Hotel or Hospital setting Additional Details: The company offers Provident Fund benefits to the employees.
