Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Senior Guest Service Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping or guest service, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Manage and coordinate housekeeping activities, including cleaning rooms and public areas.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping or guest service, with a strong understanding of hospitality industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
