Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at The Vijayran Palace. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, ensuring high standards of hospitality.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for guests.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality results.
Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures.
Freshers are welcome to apply, as training will be provided to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
