Job Title: Housekeeping GSA (Guest Service Associate) Department: Housekeeping Location: Hotel Tulip Inn Green Castle, Mussoorie Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Clean and service guest rooms and public areas as per hotel standards. Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities regularly. Maintain and report any maintenance or equipment issues promptly. Respond to guest requests quickly and ensure privacy and comfort. Follow safety, hygiene, and key-handling procedures diligently. Keep housekeeping tools organized and participate in briefings and training sessions. Requirements: Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in housekeeping (preferably in hotels). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment. Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
