Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping professional to join our team at The Leela, with 0-4 years of experience. As a Housekeeping staff member, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our establishment.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures is an advantage.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Freshers are welcome to apply if they have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
