Job Description

directing all housekeeping operations

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee daily
staff scheduling, supervision, and performance
of the entire department.
Establish and monitor
quality control inspections
for all guest rooms and public spaces.
Manage departmental
budget, expenses, and inventory
(linens, amenities, supplies).
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Coordinate effectively with the Front Office and Engineering for room status and maintenance.
Handle guest concerns regarding cleanliness and comfort promptly.
Conduct ongoing
training
for staff on service standards and equipment usage.
