Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping - Guest Service Agent to join our team at Crowne Plaza. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Respond to guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
