Job Description

Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping (GSA) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures to prevent cross contamination and maintain a safe environment.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Familiarity with cleaning protocols and procedures is essential.
Ability to lift heavy cleaning equipment and stand for long periods.
Basic knowledge of hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
