Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Executive to join our team at Regenta Z, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet guest expectations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and provide feedback to staff.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and staff performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage staff.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve processes.
