We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Executive to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in housekeeping management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer expectations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing a team effectively.

Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures is required to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and software is necessary.
