We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Executive to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in hospitality jobs, with a strong background in housekeeping management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer expectations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, protocols, and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
