Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Executive to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in housekeeping management.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for all guest rooms and public areas.
Manage and supervise a team of housekeepers to achieve excellent customer service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and staff performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
