Housekeeping Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Executive to join our team at Accor Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of guests and staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and guest expectations.
• Train and mentor new employees on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

• Proven experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems, including booking platforms and point-of-sale software.
