Housekeeping Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Executive to join our team at MARRIOTT BONVOY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of guests and staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Train and mentor new hires to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.

• Proven experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
