Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in housekeeping management.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff performance.
  • Train and mentor new employees on housekeeping procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
