Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Taj Deccan. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests by responding promptly to their needs and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures is an asset.
