Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Marriott. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications is an asset.
