House Manager

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and daily cleaning schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitization standards across all areas (office, guest rooms, common areas).
• Monitor housekeeping inventory and requisition supplies (linen, cleaning materials, toiletries, etc.).
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure upkeep and compliance with safety standards.
• Train staff on cleaning procedures, use of equipment, and safety measures.
• Handle guest/employee complaints related to housekeeping services and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure waste management and eco-friendly housekeeping practices.

HR Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Coordinate training sessions and staff development programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements (ESI, PF, etc.).
• Support payroll preparation with attendance and leave data.
• Handle employee grievances and promote a positive work culture.
• Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Hotel Management, HR, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Housekeeping, HR, or a combined role.
• Experience in hospitality, corporate offices, or facility management preferred.

Pay: ₹10,709.42 - ₹15,000.00 per month
