We are looking for an experienced Corporate House Manager

Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of

  F&B and Housekeeping departments

  to ensure premium service standards
• Lead, train, and manage on-site staff, fostering a culture of discipline, professionalism, and hospitality
• Act as the primary point of contact for

  VIP and corporate guests

• Personally manage guest services including welcoming, facility tours, and end-to-end service delivery

• Ensure exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service quality

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for smooth operations

• Monitor staff performance and ensure SOP compliance

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly with professionalism

• Maintain strict attention to detail across all areas of operations

Candidate Profile

• Mandatory:

  Background in

  Hospitality (Hotels / Resorts / Luxury Villas / Corporate Hospitality)

• Proven experience in team leadership and staff management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong understanding of luxury service standards

• Natural leader with the ability to inspire and manage teams

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

• Well-groomed, confident, and client-oriented personality

Compensation & Benefits
