About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized House Manager to oversee the operations of a private luxury residence for a High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) family in Pune. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless household management, staff supervision, and exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• • Supervising household staff (housekeepers, cooks, butler, drivers, gardeners, etc)
• • Daily task allocation, monitoring & performance evaluation
• • Inventory Control (linen, pantry, cleaning supplies, etc)
• • Housekeeping standards & daily quality checks
• • Table setup, guest handling & event coordination
• • Staff training, grooming
• • Communication & update to family office
• • Liaise with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and specialized services. • Plan and oversee private events and guest hospitality.
• • Coordinate family travel arrangements and logistics.
• • Maintain household budgets and expense records.
• • Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Qualifications

• • 1+ years of experience in managing luxury residences or hospitality operations.
• • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• • Fluency in English and Hindi/Marathi preferred.

Working Hours: 10-12 hours
