House Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable House Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a private residence. The role involves managing household staff, coordinating vendors, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, security, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the house.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily household operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Manage and supervise domestic staff (maids, drivers, cooks, security, gardeners, etc.)
• Maintain housekeeping, hygiene, and overall presentation of the residence
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and utilities
• Monitor inventory and procure household supplies as required
• Ensure timely payment of utility bills and service charges
• Supervise security arrangements and ensure safety protocols
• Handle guest arrangements and special events when required
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Report regularly to the employer/family on household matters

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a House Manager or similar role
• Good knowledge of household operations and staff management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• Trustworthy, discreet, and well-groomed personality
• Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in villas, high-end residences, or corporate guest houses
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
• Familiarity with budgeting and expense tracking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
