Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Butler to provide exceptional support and personalized service within our clients household ( Residence) in Ahmedabad . The ideal candidate will be meticulous, discreet, and highly adaptable, ensuring all aspects of daily living are managed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Oversee and manage client schedules, ensuring all appointments and engagements are coordinated efficiently.
- Provide personalized daily support tailored to the client's needs and preferences.
- Wardrobe Management:
- Organize and maintain the client’s wardrobe, ensuring clothing is well-cared for, neatly arranged, and suitable for upcoming events.
- Handle laundry management.
- Household Organization:
- Keep the household pristine and organized, including making the client’s bed and monitoring inventory of toiletries and personal items.
- Implement efficient systems for maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Dining Service:
- Provide attentive and personalized table service, including food and beverage preparation, serving, and cleanup.
- Ensure a high standard of dining experience, understanding the client's preferences.
- Flexibility and Adaptability:
- Work flexible hours in accordance with the client’s schedule, accommodating last-minute changes and requests.
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Team Coordination:
- Monitor and assist other household staff to ensure smooth operation and communication among team members.
- Collaborate effectively with other staff to uphold the standards of the household.
- Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the client's personal and professional life.
- Exercise discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a butler or in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Proficiency in food and beverage service, with knowledge of etiquette and fine dining practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with a polite and accommodating demeanor.
- Ability to pack and unpack bags efficiently, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to adapt to changing needs and timings.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in luxury settings or high-profile households is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of household management and staff coordination.
