Butler

 As Butler, you create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. You will be responsible for looking after guest' room and take personal responsibility for ensuring the guests met their needs so that they enjoy a memorable stay at Moustache Luxuria. You take a proactive approach to ensuring guest satisfaction and follow up on any guest request in a timely manner. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships and delivering experiences tailored to the guest's preferences. The Butler provides bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure, in partnership with other departments in the hotel operations. The Butler is a key to build rapport with guests, proactively anticipate guest needs and acting upon them where possible. You will also be expected to follow company policies and procedures, upload quality standards and ensure your uniform, personal appearance and communications are professional.   Qualification (Personal & Professional)  Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar. Professional experience as a Butler or in Food & Beverage  Well groomed, discreet, trustworthy, tactful, honest, hard working, proficient and sincere. Calm and confident manner for creating a serene atmosphere for all guests. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle situations with grace and proffesionalism. Availabililty to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
